Periodic Precharge Testing. To test
precharge
periodically without using charging hose assembly,
see Note A and follow the instructions for
installation and removal of this Charging and
Gauging assembly. Bleeder valve can be used to let
out any gas in excess of desired precharge pressure.
Periodic Testing of Operating Pressure. To
read operating pressures of surge suppressor, see Note B and follow
the instructions given for installation and
IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to avoid
excessive wear and damage to gauges, do not test
operating pressures continuously.Using two
wrenches, keep the bottom nut of the valve in a counterclockwise
direction, opening the gas valve. |
