STAINLESS STEEL LUBE-OIL SYSTEM ACCUMULATORS

APPLICATIONS:

Fluid Energy Controls, Inc. stainless steel bladder type hydraulic accumulators are specifically designed for a broad applications within Lube-Oil Systems of steam and gas turbines, compressors, and turbo-expanders. These accumulators properly selected will effectively maintain the lube oil pressure during standby pump acceleration from the idle state to operating speed, or during shutdown. The accumulator will act as auxiliary power source, or fluid energy device to maintain the required lube oil pressure at the bearings.

The bladder type design assures a positive separation of a Nitrogen gas pre-charged and the system’s lube oil.

STAINLESS STEEL 15 GALLON TRANSFER BARRIER TYPE ACCUMULATORS, 850 PSI DESIGN PRESSURE

APPLICATIONS:

Fluid Energy Controls, Inc. stainless steel bladder accumulators are custom designed to provide positive separation between two different medias in a system (fluids, gas) where pressure developed on one side of the circuit must be transferred to another fluid without any possibility of intermixing. The accumulator bladder will act as a flexible barrier between two fluids or between a fluid and a gas providing instantaneous response without reducing the system pressure.
